Transcoding

Transcoding is FFmpeg invocations plus the operational layer around them. These pieces cover broadcast-grade VOD pipelines (4K master to ABR ladder), petabyte-scale archive migration, multi-region failover, and the codec, container, and packaging choices each application demands. For engineers building transcoding at meaningful volume — where "submit job, get output" stops being the right abstraction.
